Kiwi Juice "yummy,yummy.."

Kiwifruit!
-Kiwifruit helps alleviate Irritable Bowel Syndrome – Constipation (IBS-C)

Kiwi lassi Serves 2 Preparation time: 10mins

Ingredients:
2 kiwifruit
1 tub Buttermilk
2tbsp honey

Method:
1. Peel the kiwifruits and quarter, removing the white pith from the centre.
2. Place in a blender with the honey, buttermilk and two cubes of ice.
3. Blend and serve immediately.
